In the year 2011, A well known company by name Agrigold group of companies, they were excellently growing in all the fields! They also started a real estate business I which they created few ventures in title "Dream Land Ventures", "Fortune Garden City " is one among them. The speciality this particular venture is it made a unbelievable record, that all the "204 sites" were booked within "8 hours". As time passed 60% sites were registered and 40% was pending.... Few years passed, the Agrigold group of companies was in a great trouble and was shut down due to which there was no development of the "Dream land Ventures"!!
In the year 2018, few of the owners of this particular venture(FGC) thought of making an association to safeguard the property, which is situated at BIDADI Mysore Road,near Kadumane. Because till this date that means before we made an association there were so many crimes took place at this layout premises such as Rape and other illegal activities and it was a resort like thing for few people where every weekends they use to enter the layout without any permission and was enjoying with the drinks party, These activities came to our notice when myself Kumarswamy and the legal and the legal advisor of FGC ASSOCIATION, Mr.Satheesh made all the spy works that is for almost 2 to 3 months we also entered the layout like unknown people with alcohol so that they think we are also one among them, and we finally analysed the situation. When everything was examined thoroughly, Few owners of FGC layout with the common mind set of safe guarding the layout made a strong decision to make an association.
We met the chairmen of Agrigold group of companies and spoke about the things and also about the association. They were happy about it and gave the green signal and also assured us about any kind of support from their side. With this we took a lead to open an association we took the legal permission for that as the necessaries!! Few owners arranged a meeting and decide about the designations to form a committee and then made an official announcement for all the owners through postal invitation,for the inauguration of the association on August 15th 2018.

It took around 6-7 months to collect all the details about Fortune Garden City layout and for all types of background works like 1:How many were registered and how many were not. 2:How many have made the full payment and how many of the had paid in the instalments etc. With all the necessary details along with document from sub register office, while all was we (committee members) waited for the right time to bring the Association into existence and to gather all the site owners,Finally on August 15th 2018 inaugurated the Fortune Garden City Site /Residential Plot Owners Welfare Association(R) with the formal celebrations of Independence as a symbol of Independence our FGC layout.
